Sign-up sheet – How to:
It helps to be aware that our website and sign-up sheet are 2 different and separate sites. To sign up for social events, you must access the sign-up sheet. There are several ways to open it, however, the easiest way is as follows:
Go to our website: hllga.ca. On the menu bar at the top of the page, click on the ‘Members Only’ drop down and select ‘Social Event Sign-up’. Click on the green box ‘click here to sign up’. This opens a new tab (page), and you are now at the sign-up sheet. Save/bookmark this tab to your favorites for quick and easy access.

To sign up for events in April, click on the word ‘April’ and not on the down arrow which displays administrator actions. Enter your name and/or meal preference, dietary concerns, etc, then press the ‘tab’ key or click anywhere in a white/blank space (nothing in that cell) to ‘save’ the change you just made. Close/exit the sign-up sheet.
Sign up for social events is available approximately 4 to 6 weeks in advance. Changes or updates to the sheets are made on the advice of the executive.

Don’t click the + sign located in the bottom left corner (or bottom right corner on an iPad) which creates an extra page. If this does happen inadvertently, no worries, simply send me an email so I can remove it.
Don’t click the triple bar symbol (≡) also at bottom left. If your hover your curser over the triple bar it will say “all sheets”. These ‘hidden’ pages are for future dates and events. If this happens inadvertently, simply click on a white/blank space on that page.
